Use a semicolon instead of a comma between independent clauses that are NOT joined by and, but, or, nor , for , so, or yet. Example Carrie enjoys watching basketball; Mai would rather play.
So I would say that the answer would be
If you ask me; Jerrry is a tennis whiz.
