REAL. real boobs are nicer than fake boobs. I mean, c'mon, even if she does have nice boobs...think about it, theres some nice saline implants in there you're squishing and fondling around with. isnt it nasty? real boobs are beautiful because theyre nice whether they're small or big but a woman SHOULD wear a bra at all times except maybe when sleeping. Anyhow, I just dont like fake boobs. Embrace what God gave you.

the better is what looks best... i knew a pretty girl who was incredibly flat chested; so her lover gave her a boob-job! It doesnt have to be huge and out of proportion...
of course, when u can have it nice and real, it's better.... but what matters the most is the final result...
Like a past London Night Queen would say: " Of course the hair is mine; I paid for it! ". so it can be w/ boobs and all...

Real, obviously But......some ladies dont feel confident about their boobs especially after breat feeding takes all the umph! out of them, then in those cicumstances you can understand why they wish to get them back to their original state. Imagine having two balloons at a party and being proud of them and next day when they have deflated all you are left with are two sad looking wrinkly bags, !! so go ahead if this will boost your self esteem but ladies keep them appropriate to your body size!!!

real because your touching implants so why dont you just go in to the doctors office and touch those you dont need a girl and the real ones one feel soft and goey and i work in a plastic surgeons office and they get scarring,they sag more than the real one and for the guy who said under the muscle they still feel fake so lol!!

Fake definately, coz nowadays the implant goes under the muscle, so what you feel is just like the real thing, maybe i little fuller and firmer, and they dont hang around like a spaniels ears when the bra comes off.
My best friend had the best t1ts in town, even women are surprised they are not real.

real are better, if you are lucky to have them. i think its up the women, i've friends with implants and they feel lovely, not quite as good as the real thing but not hard or cold, just a little heavy xxxxxxx
