how would you react & would you change just because someone else doesnt like that thing about you?

I would definately appreciate some constructive criticism. There's no way I can personally think of every plan of action.

I'm fine with criticism that is actually constructive. If someone is just trying to put me down I ain't gonna just sit there and take it

In principle I could take it but I often find people use it as an excuse to be rude just like that other great one "with the greatest respect" oh any they are always the ones who can't accept any comments back!
