Comodo firewall & avg ant virus free?

I need to switch them both off, temporarily. Can anyone tell me how to do this. Apart from deleting them. Thankyou to all.
Im changing my ISP and they advise me whilst I install my new modem to do this ?

Comodo could be turned off by right clicking its icon in the system tray (near the clock) and selecting Quit/Exit. The icon should be blue coloured. AVG is also turned off similarly via the system tray icon.

Tip: Hovering your mouse over the icons should show you a tooltip with their names and some info.

THERE WILL BE ICONS OF THE FIREWALL IN THE TASKBAR. RIGHT CLICK ON THEM AND CLICK EXIT
