Go to a doc in the morning and tell them they can do x-rays to see about the Pneumonia.. The thing is a lot of people go to the ER with headaches just to get pain meds there is ways to tell your blood pressure will be high because of pain and if they treat you rude Don't be rude back that will only hurt you. You can file a report later so You can tell the ER doc that something is very very wrong and you would like to be admitted to the hospital. They will be able to do way more test and the out come may be you a whole lot better. You are the only one who can help you if that make any scenes to you. You know whats going on in your body no doctor will should send you home with pneumonia with out IV antibiotics. Please stand up for your self. Tell them every thing do not leave anything out. Have someone to go with you it will help with getting the nurses and doctors get to you faster and do more for you.

Was it long time since you bought the glasses ?

If so can it be that your eye-vision have change and it can be worse then to have your glasses on.

It is a very qualified guess from me as I know headache does often comes from the eyes.

You are worse before going to bed, that isn't Anxiety ! I have never heard anyone that am worse at bedtime.

none of us on yahoo answers are professional, so please go to a doctor. This could be quite serious. This may simply be your glasses which are badly adjusted (they can give you headache) but it could be something else, like your optic nerves under compression of some sort. Yahoo answer is not the right place for your problem. Sorry, but just trying to help you the best I can.

I would see a therapist or Psychologist for an evaluation. They would get you headed in the right direction. It sounds like you have depression. Good Luck, and Feel Better!!!

I have been diagnosed with the same disorder, You seem to be facing a lot and it is normal to feel depressed and stressed at this time. Try a multi-vitamin and seek professional help ASAP. Depression/anxiety can be debilitating. I wish you well.

probably a combination of poor diet, lack of adequate rest and not enough water intake. Get yourself a liquid multivitamin supplement, make sure you get at least 8 hours of sleep every night, and drink at least two liters of water every day.
