Randy Moss has had a history of me me me and hasn't faired too well since his mentor Chris Carter retired. I'm not sure Big Bill can change that.

Belichek bit off more than he can chew with this reject. People use Corey Dillon as an example of a player that Belichek had success with...but Dillon was never the problem child in Cincy that Moss has been everywhere he's been. Dillon never ran over a media maid...always gave his all...he just wanted out of Cincy because team management, at the time, didn't do what it took to win

I live in Green Bay and I've been a packer fan my whole life so as you can imagine I hated randy moss for a long time. However, I was one to see the potential when the rumors were going around he might come to GB. The more I thought about Favre finally having a guy who will always be a deep threat, and if he can't come down with the ball nobody else is going to be able to, I liked the idea. I think the people who say Moss isn't going to work out in New England are wrong, and they definitely shot to the very top of my AFC super bowl pick list. Baring injury, Tom Brady will be your NFL/Superbowl MVP.

Again, Dillon was not the problem child that Moss has been. Moss is the only player I know of that has refused to play hard just because he doesn't like the team he's with. In that respect, T.O. is less of a bum than Moss is. At least, T.O. works. Of course, as loaded as the Pats are, they'll probably still win it all. And for the record, Big Bill is still a genius in spite of this mistake.

From day one Moss's head is on the block. He won't be coddled and tolerated like TO was in Dallas-Philly-SF. It's time for Randy to put-up or shut-up, and I believe he wants to put-up for real. He knew what he was walking into with Brady and the way the Patriots share the ball. Moss has come close to the big prize, and the last years in Oakland taught him that numbers don't mean squat if you're losing. He went to NE to win, and that's what is going to happen.

This is just going to be a media frenzy year with the Pats in the middle. Moss is going to come out strong and have a couple of sub par games. That is going to affect the team in either helping him muture or he will be the Randy Moss we have all grown to ignore on the Raiders. You can't be great and not do great things of you become the next biggest schmo'

Randy Moss is gonna stay around wit NE for about 3 seasons, after the Pats win a championship, he is gonna be old just like the same happens to corey dillon.then the team dont want him anymore so he is gonna be traded

I think that randy isnt going to do very well with the patriots. The patriots are a very unselfish team, Brady finds the open receiver and makes the right play, And moss will want the ball thrown to him every down, and thats just not gonna happen, moss isnt the same moss from the vikings. I think he is going to start getting "unhappy" that he doesnt get enough passes and just bring the pats down. Getting randy was a bad decision in my mind.

If Bill Belichick can make Corey Dillon into a model citizen, he can do it with Randy Moss. The Patriots looks deep in offense even without Moss, so he doesn't need to be the go-to guy like he was in his time with the Vikings and Raiders. I expect Moss to be playing like a man possessed this year, so yes, he's going to be a big contributor and asset to the Patriots and Tom Brady.

I think Moss should be ok in NE.
He wants a ring and he knows that him not tryning hard, not going to practice, etc. isn't helping. He'll listen to Bill to win his ring. I thik he'll try his hardest to be a team player and not a cancer to the team. And if he ends up being a cancer to the team NE will cut him. They're not paying him big bucks and without him they still have Stallworth, Welker, Brown, and some non-impact players. The Pats can afford to cut him both statistically and economically and I think that's why they took the risk in getting him.

I am not a Pats fan by far.

Moss will be fine and play hard as long as the Pats are winning, and they will win, but if something bad happens and they start losing (I could only hope) then Moss will be a very big problem, and start walking his routs, but not all the way thru
