Hybrid vehicles do not provide enough heating/cooling for our Canadian winters/summers.?

This makes the interior of the Hybrid vehicle extremely cold in the winter, and hot in the summer.

I was just in Victoria and half of the taxi's were Prius. The one I rode in was comfortable. I doubt they would use them if your statement were true.

Not according to a co-worker in Quebec City who drives a Prius. At least the AC was more than adequate when I was up there a couple of weeks ago.
