Do we b*i*t*c*h about a lot of things or do we just go with the flow. I've had different opinions thrown at me. Some people say: "You b*i*t*c*h a lot!" and some; "You let that go so easily!" What's your take?

To cakes4africa: I suggest you consult your dictionary. Lat time I checked 'fight' was also considered 'an angry argument or disagreement'. Here you go, http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/fight

"Lat" should be "Last".

YEs, yes and yes. I must admit that my biggest fault is getting very angry at the smallest little things, and this characteristics is being shared by so many of my countrymen.

I am working on this, lets hope the other odd 40 million are aslo working on it. Won't it be great if we can have the smiling faces of a Thailand?

Good question...

I've just been watching a pilot on an upcoming talk show on SABC 1. I'm not discussing creative work here, so I hope i dont get into trouble here.

The show is set on a stage resembling a street corner where young folk meet to debate on certain issues. This was about race and class...

From the word go, they seemed about to go off on each other. As coloured felt he's being marginalized, black feels he's the most oppressed and white feels he's most blamed... etc. Seemed they were about to jump on each other at some point...woa!

I think we are an angry bunch... people havent let go of a lot. Some are just being b!tchy and others cant be blamed for not letting go...

just a little off the subject...I heard one coloured guy say..."I'm politically black and socially coloured"... deep hey?

I think among teenz, theres a lot of rivalry from the people ho think they ganster, the ones who think they bullet proof and the ones with really big mouths. If you mean arguing fighting, theres not much, we South Africans prefer to asettle things physically, In my school alone there are about six fist fights a day, 2 between my grade 10, 1 between 11 and 3 between matrics, its gectic walking into a class full of blood and desks tipped over. once when we played glenwood high in rugby. Our whole school ran across the field near where they were sitting for a big fight, but we were held back by parents teachers police prefects and they rugby players.

I honestly think South Africans do complain alot about alot!! but then again i think we have reason to considering the state in which we are living - under siege!!

I think other than complaining South Africans are a friendly people but these days they are having to change and become more agressive and less friendly for survival i think more than anything else.

The get everyone else before they get you mentality which is a shame.

B eetching and moaning is not fighting. Just an exchange of opinions, sometimes very one-sided. Fighting, that is what the men do, and often.

I think we don't fight a lot, yet it seems that parents in SA are fighting more with their kids lately.
