What is this called? i can't find one anywhere? help

It's called a custom made toilet. Contact a manufacturer to have one made to your specifications.

Vacuflush is the only one I have ever heard of and it is for boats. Type in "side discharge toilets" in your searchbar as there is one available on Craigslist.

it's called a urinal. pick one up at Mennard's or any home decorating place that sells hardware.
