If you looking for those specific bands I like AFI's new album and well there old ones as well, they always have a great dramatic intro song to all there cd's which I love. Three Days Grace has a lot of good songs too I just can't name them. Panic! at the Disco, I haven't really got in to. If you have the same taste in music as I do, you'll love Great Below, Only, The Perfect Drug, and Good Solider by Nine Inch Nails.

Panic! at the Disco is not a band, by any definition of the word. They are emo sellouts who are overplayed and overrated and who sound just the same as any other emo "band".

First off, I totally agree with the Three Days Grace. They're awesome.
If you want to hear some heavier stuff with some extreme raw talent and musicianship, look into Avenged Sevenfold. But don't just listen to what their most popular stuff is. Bat country is a good song, but also listen to some songs such as trashed and scattered from City of Evil and second heartbeat from Waken the Fallen. Specifically, if you're really into the guitar side of music, be sure to check out the solo in Second heartbeat, which starts about 6 minutes into the song. It will blow your mind.

Listen to blink182 and relientK. They're pretty good punk rock bands. Also you can try listening to Fat Lip - Sum41. It's a pretty cool song.
