All of these sites below can assist you in determining all sorts of things for college. The "Fastweb" is the best for winning and getting scholarships. On the fastweb--the best one---you will have to fill out info. That helps them assist you.

Your question rambles and I think is a little misworded. That might be why you are not getting the response you desire. The only place that does not charge for money info is the gov't. Fill out the FAFSA and they will tell you if you are eligible or not for student aid. Other than that, you will pay.

financial aid-make sure you ask about financial aid.
The government has loans and grants to help you go to school that is in the USA.
