some people would spend precious moments of their life thumbing down all the answers to a question? Can't you do something else instead, like having some real fun or share thoughts with the others?
I think some people in here really need to get a life!

What is the fanasty behind thumbs up or thumbs down.. or one of these stars.? I must be missing something... none of them have given me a rush yet...
I saw one comment that is was "for fun"? Can someone explain that to me please?

I believe that the people that take the time to thumb down all the answers get some kind of kick at putting others down, it probably makes them feel better about themselves, or they're just pain mean and don't care if they hurt other people. I think you're right they need to get a life.

How did you guess that people would thumb down answers for this question.. i completely agree with you .. i think if you are going to thumb down.. do it for a good reason .. like if somebody is being offensive or answering pointlessly.

I think people who’re just insecure about there own answers do that...they believe that if they thumb good answers they’rez might seem alittle better!.. how sad though
i dont know why people who're saying looking who's talking and bla bla get thumbs up when the others with a good arguement dont..!!

Some people just don't have all the answers,and that probably makes them upset, or maybe they don't understand the question and they lash-out their ignorance and frustrations on your question with their abusive answers and thumbs downs all the answers that are ideal and true spirited.

I've been on this site for over a year and I've seen the thumbs down people come and go. Eventually, they'll get bored and go away. I especially love getting 2-3 thumbs down while the person below me gets 2-3 thumbs up and they posted the exact same answer....

Maybe they do it because participating in a positive way actually takes some brains and intelligence, of which the thumbs-downers are obviously lacking.

I'm clever enough to get under someones skin without the thumb down, I rarely use it and never use it on you my friend, I'm the guy with the thumb up, I do use the up thumb :)

well do you watch tv or go to the football games or out to a movie well its for the same purposes call entertainment
