I have an account that I want to know if a former friend is still accessing. Can I tell if she is or has been in my email account?

Depends who the email account is with, some have written somewhere the time you last logged in.

If your friend has the password, they can still check your account, so that's reason enough to change the password. But just be aware that they can change the password too, if they get to it before you. Start a new account and don't give the password to ANYONE.

If she has the pass to look in your email...I suggest changing your password and your secret question, better safe than sorry. I bet if she has the info to get into your mail, she is still looking into it.
