I legally set child support in the Dominican Republic with my Ex- wife, now she lives in the US. Can she request child support from the city she is now simultaneously?

Noand you should have some sort of legal document toprove youre already paying it in case she tries

that is two countries... not counties.

I would imagine that she can--it is a new country. BUT---it would be extremely difficult.

no she would of had to close the case in d r. all its gonna do is get her in trouble. you need to get that straight, and on point.
