There is a product called Tomato Set that you can buy at most nurseries.

I just leave mine alone and they seem to do just fine. If they're in a Green house just leave a door or a big window open. If they're outside you just feed them any tomato food. I've never done anything to help set fruit on my tomatoes and I always have lots of them.
