Is there a way to see EVERYTHING your kids type on their computer?

yes. we need an IT person to better answer.
I am aware of programs that people buy when they want to get a divorce and check the instant messages the unfaithful spouse is sening back and forth to the partner.
Also an ex girlfriend of mine was a computer pro and she would monitor her son's stuff.
I cannot give you exact stuff only general infor. hope others will give you what you really need by the end of the day.
