hell yes you can sue. I know that for a fact because I know someone who went through a similiar situation. Its called assult and also there is a adultry law in the military. Contact his comanding officer. Go down to the court house and file papers aginst that tramp for communicating threat. You're married to him she's not. Record her conversations and keep track of everything, it would be great if you get her on tap threating you. Just don't say anything back to get your self in hot water. Use that as evidence as well. File papers, have her servered. Do you know her address, first and last name? Thats all you need to have her arrested for communcating threat.
Get your papers together from doctor, have your husband tested as well. They are laws in the system that the courts can force him to take a std.
But you can sue. You will not be able to get anything else because you haven't been married to him long enough.
Contact someone from women support center and they also will be able to guide you.

There have been cases where people have sued for what is called assault, based on the knowing transmission of an STD. But you'd have to prove that he knew that he had a STD and THEN had sex with you. That might not be an easy thing, as medical records can be tough to get court ordered to be opened.
Regarding your marriage. I am assuming that you realize how wrong this guy is for you.......... and I hope you've take steps to get rid of him. I hate divorce, but in cases where there's cheating like this.... cut him loose. He wasn't ready for marriage... he still wants to play. Let him go and play and get yourself treated for the HPV. You will never be able to trust this guy... and trust and respect are the cornerstones of a good marriage. He doesn't respect you and you shouldn't trust him................

You have only been married 6 months and he is doing this already?
Knowing that you saw the 'proof' and he continues to keep doing this, I would get out of the marriage while you have been married for such a short time.
Yes, you can sue for those grounds.

Yes, sue for divorce on grounds of adultery and sue him for everything youre legally entitled. With the proper medical evidence, you can be awarded for damages since he gave you the STD and HPV. Also notify the health dept of him and what hes spreading around. Theyll take the wind out of his sail for him.

Am sooo sorry about what you are going thru. I would contact an attorney and find out what can be done. I would hope that you can sue him for his actions, he has changed the rest of your life and not for the best especially with the HPV.

Yes...sue for divorce and spousal support , call his C.O. and let him know what he is doing ....and that you have proof. The Army frowns on that kind of behavior and it may help you get some spousal support at least and may have him busted down a rank.

Suing a mistress is like suing your significant different through fact they lied to you once you have been courting, and subsequently "tousled your existence." Adultery is a ethical subject and could be dealt with with the aid of God, like we are all dealt with as quickly as we do incorrect issues to human beings. to characteristic, the female who sued won her case in keeping together with her accusation that the different woman pursued her husband, which I heavily doubt considering that he's admittedly had diverse affairs through fact the beginning up of their marriage. She pronounced they have been completely overjoyed without problems and that the mistress further the subject concerns. huge lie there. The husband has additionally admittedly pronounced that their marriage had consistently had diverse problems and that they have got been to counseling three times over the years. confident, the mistress grow to be at fault, yet suing her for the downfall of an already stricken marriage is stupid. i think of she relatively sued for "alienation of late alimony" quite than "alienation of love".

Let his C.O. know, because the military really frowns on it, and this kind of conduct could earn him a dishonorable discharge from the military. I'm sorry that he never took the wedding vows seriously and hasn't respected you.

Yes, for divorce. Not for monetary compensation above and beynd what you would get in any divorce though. If he was supporting you, you would get alimony. If you have kids then you would get child support.
