My son just came to see me from the city where he lives. I live across the bay. He has flip flops, jeans, and a pullover ontop of a t shirt. I asked why he had a sweater on and he replied that it was windy at home. It seldom gets HOT in SF and the mornings are usually overcast. I'm sure shorts are fine after noon. Have fun.

North bay is warm! I'm wearing a tank top and light PJ pants. And I'm sitting right next to a window and thinking of finding shorts.
