Job ideas?

What are some good job ideas for a part time job? I not interested in get rich schemes. I am just sick and tired of looking through the classifieds and only finding jobs that pay minimum wage. I'm not afraid of getting my hands dirty. I need some ideas where I can work more efficiantly and get paid fairly.

Talk to some building contractors or painting contractors. They would be happy to find some hardworking people even part time.

Depending on your age. Get a real estate license. You can work part time and the commission is great.
