Many of the supplies you can buy at a hardware or fabric store if you want to do-it-yourself.
Paints like Versatex or Speedball can also be purchased for some kinds of screenprints at art supply stores.
There are also special stores in most larger areas that sell screenprinting supplies (premade screens, special paints, a variety of mesh sizes, and other equipment you might want)... just look in the yellow pages under screenprinting or silkscreening ... or do an online search using those words plus the name of the city nearest you.

Visit www.craftster.org, where you'll find people who do all kinds of crafts, some professionally. There's a whole board for silkscreening, and if you ask there, someone is sure to know and probably have advice and recommendations, too.
