2006 Maxima?

Question

I have a 2006 Maxima. When I drive it I feel hot air coming from the bottom. Its annoying when its a nice day like 84 degrees outside i shouldnt have to feel like I have to turn on the airconditioning to feel comfortable! Can someone please tell me is this car suppose to do this! I'm thinking the instrument panel gets hot thats why it does it I dont know!

Of course it's going to be hot inside the car at that temp. Please tell me at what temp you do turn on the A/C. I would definately have the the A/C on!
