No-one likes rejection and there is the perception that beautiful people are in a league of their own, untouchable by the average Joe. I'd say that they are less likely to be approached than an average looking person for this reason. However, it might be easier for them to have outward confidence because of their beauty and therefore may be the one to do the approaching.
I don't think that beautiful people are lonely on a surface level, usually they have plenty of friends and courtiers, but it may be more difficult for them to feel like they are loved for who they are and not what they look like and that is a very lonely thing indeed.

Definately agree. I think friends are more valuable than a boyfriend, school friends who have been there for years especially but girls can be so bitter & jealous. Girls don't want beautiful women around them. I have 4 friends left from school, i left 4 years ago, all beautiful girls and what does that say? Pretty girls only accept each other. The main group from school are practically the only locals ones left who are single and out every weekend but the group consists of 6 boys & 3 girls, the boys used to like my company but the girls hated it. The girls invite each other out and the boys invite the boys, but i dont get an invite anymore. I am still friendly with a couple of the boys but i know i'm not welcome if the girls are out which is every week! With my few beautiful friends having boyfriends and the single fun lot not calling me i am lonely, sat at home every weekend. :(

thats because beauty on the outside is messed up thing. Alot of them are rotten in the core and wants big diamonds etc. Not all but plenty. Average looks, beautiful personality is the best. And many of them spend way too much time on trying to be beautiful. I've dated many of these beautiful women before with a messed up personality.

I believe this to be true. They think there is no way that a babe so fine would give them the time of day, or that she must already be taken. But they need to remember just because she was born with beauty doesn't mean she doesn't have a brain and isn't looking for someone to see the true her, what's inside of her. Give her that and she is hooked!

I know this girl, I think she's the most beautiful girl I've ever seen but for a long time it was hard for me to talk to her (she's a waitress). I finally became friendly with her...she's very nice and she doesn't think of herself as being beautiful.
