I don't know about waterfalls, but the largest thermal vent is the trans-Atlantic geotraverse (TAG) segment, ~26°N on the Mid-Atlantic Ridge

If the question is about the greatest volume of sinking (falling) water, it would be the North Atlantic Conveyor.

It has a flow greater than the total flow of every river on earth.

It is what drives the Gulf Stream and has a global impact of sea water currents.

It is what is threatened should global warming cause a sudden thaw in the artic as this would dilute the sea water and thereby reduse it's density, which is what drives the NAC.
