Mobile phone contract?

I'm thinking about signing up to a 3 contract has anybody expierennced any prolems with 3 or are they ok

i had 3 about 4 years ago,the reception was absolute rubbish then,but it might of got better by now. had lots of probs with o2,back to orange!

Usually they are two year contracts. Who is this company. Three is a long time. They do like to screw people. Also if you change your plan, they add months to the contact.
I do not know if I would commit to a three year plan with any cell company, as they are all cut throat crooks.
