they have blocked you or that they have been kicked of Yahoo?

It use to mean that yahoo had kicked the person off. It has been my experience so far when someone blocks you that only prevents you from seeing their network and allowing you to contact them - it does not stop you from seeing their yahoo answers profile. The only profile that I know that has me blocked is a person who is a blantant anti-Semite so needless to say (and he is probably a racists as well from how is comments go) and I was still able to see his profile. I has block at least five of his profiles. The creepy people on here seem to like have multiple profiles.

(1)They might be gone, result of a deleted account. (2) They may have blocked you. (3) They may have made their Q&A's and profile private. There's no sure way to tell. I hate that blocking thing, hate the fact that some people are so rotten that it has to exist. I understand blocking people or making your account private, I've been harrassed and stalked and it sucks.

Not necessarily! I have made my questions and answers private because I have a stalker and she started to report all my posts for chatting so I had no choice! Now, she can't see my questions! Also, I had to take all my fans out because she makes up new profiles just to get access to my profile!!

I have hit some that have a white area with the words telling you "oops" and that it is not available. That is a deleted account.
