Ive always loved a good sharp Knife or an Electric guitar!!! its amazing the damage you can do with the bridge screws!!!
but if a Scalple floats your boat then......
ooooooo how about a chain saw?!?!?! OR play UB40s Red Red Wine thats Torture!!!
Failing that Drums as a guitarist I hate Drums

well, first you'd need a hammer to get to my brain....I wouldnt let you go up my nose thats just wrong...
then you could use whatever you happened to have lying around, maybe a knitting needle, or you could just use your fingers!!
I don't know why you'd bother, you wont find anything ;-)
