It sounds like you have a leak in your door seal. The air coming in causes the frost. check your seal carefully and the hang of the door. Adjust where necessary. Luck with that.

It could be humidity seeping past the door seals, but most likely you have a sealed system problem. Evaporator coils
that are not freezing completely - sweat, and the fan throws this moisture around and then refreezes causing frost. See
if any moisture is coming through the vent in the fresh food
section. For an indepth view of how your fridge works - go

Turn the thermostat warmer in the refrigerator section, or possibly move the things in bags away from the air intake to the refrigerator section.... Depends on where IN the refr. the frost is showing up....
All cooling is done in the freezer compartment, and cold air is moved via a fan into the refr. area.... so 0 degree air could be contacting these things if theym are right by the place where the cold air comes in......
Hope this helps.....

if there is frost on your objects in a short time, then you need to turn down your freeezer temp. If you are using freezer bags and the food is properly packaged, and not kept for too long a time..... that shouldn't happen...
go into the internet and look at the samsung users manual, I am sure there will be some hints there.
If this is a new freezer, then maybe you should check out the manual before calling anyone....
