It depends on how you define 'right wing'.
The ex -communist countries of the East and UK and Ireland are probably the most neo-liberal in their economic outlook.
Check out the Andre Sapir study which concluded that there was four European social models (of the old west)
i.e. Nordic ( Sweden Denmark Holland etc),Anglo-Saxon(UK Ireland), The Rhineland or continental (France Belgium, Germany etc)and the Mediterranean (Spain Greece, Italy etc)
• The Nordic model (welfare state, high level of social protection, high level of taxation, extensive intervention in the labour market, mostly in the form of job-seeking incentives)
• The Anglo-Saxon system (more limited collective provision of social protection merely to cushion the impact of events that would lead to poverty)
• The continental model (provision of social assistance through public insurance-based systems; limited role of the market in the provision of social assistance)
• The Mediterranean social welfare system (high legal employment protection; lower levels of unemployment benefits; spending concentrated on pensions)\
in terms of 'right wing' as in given to ultra nationalism and support for fascist government it could be strongest in Italy, Spain and again some of the ex-communist countries of the East (which perhaps score highest on being 'right wing' economically and ideologically)

can't think of a single right wing European country. Maybe Poland comes the closest to being called "right wing". Years of suffering and death under communism can change your perspective on things.
