It really depends on what features and how many pages.
Database? Flash? photos?

Figure out how much is your time worth.
How much time and effort you spend creating the site.
How much time you'll spend supporting it.
How much value you provide to your customer.
Add them all together and you have it.

dont know what country you are in but here it would be anything from £200 upwards depending on complexity.
