I had the same problem and the local Ford dealer simply drilled an added vent hole on the back side of the headlight lens in it's lowest corner. These lenses are not sealed at all. There's a vent hole somewhere in the back side and unfortunately the vent (open) is usually placed somewhere near the top of the backside lens with an exit for a rubber vent elbow.

I think I read somewhere that if you make a hole in the bottom of the light fixture air will eventually dry the condensation up...just not overnight. Just because moisture seeped into the light from some place does not mean it will leave the same way. If it gets in, make it a way out...drill a hole on the bottom of the light fixture.

Moisture in the headlight means they are not completly sealed. The vehicle is still under warranty. Consult the dealer to rectify the problem.
