I don't mail anything but my bills so I don't have in experience in this area but I do know that everyone is hyper-religious about the terrorist threats these days, so I wouldn't even try it. First of all it is an immature thing to do and what if the package got squashed and the contents got all over everyone else's stuff... I know I for one wouldn't appreciate getting a crap-encrusted bank statement. Or if it got on the postal carriers hands, there's so much bacteria, germs, etc in feces, even if its your dog u don't know what it ate last, you don't know what's in there... Eww.
Secondly I did know a guy several years ago (back when some wacko was sending out "anthrax letters" to network anchormen) and he mailed his buddy a letter with baby powder in it, and *true story*, the authorities came to his job to question him about it. These days you can't be too careful what you send. People get enough crap through the mail anyway in the form of junk mail.
Whatever happened to the good old days when the dog poop was personally delivered and left on the front porch????
(by the way don't do that either, anymore that could be grounds for anything from a harrassment charge to vandalism to destruction of personal property)
Be smart. Don't get yourself in some kinda trouble over crap. Literally.

YES ... and in a lot of trouble. After 911, mail is checked throughly and any suspicious mail is then examined and if warranted, the FBI and Homeland Security is brought in. They will find you and lock you up. ANd then of course, the fact that this piece of mail infects the postman that picks it up, it infects all the other mail around this piece of mail and then it goes as far as infecting all the people that get their mail delivered that touched your mail.
Not only will you be arrested, and obviously you are a minor, your parents will also get arrested because they are suppose to have taught you right from wrong.
There ya go!

Lol, this is the funniest question I've ever seen!!!!
Probably you would, depends on who it is, some people would get ticked.
And why would you want to send dog poop in the mail?

You could potentially be charged with delivering a potentially hazardous'dangerous biological substance- a felony. I once worked for the military postal service, so... I pretty much know what I'm talking about. AND... your question here could also serve as evidence of your intended crime- a conspiracy to commit a felony, I'd say. Everything is 'evidence' these days, as you may well know.
So- how badly do you want to go to jail, and share a cell with Big Bubba and Chuck The Penetrator???
You decide :-/

In this day and age of homeland security I'd hate to think that a little dog do-do could end you up at Gitmo but you never know!!!

I think it would be classed as offensive material but you could get around it by calling it a sample of a good garden manurer~~

I'd think it would be grounds for your mail carrier to smack you with a big stick.
