I would say glass. Of the three it is the poorest insulator. Though it is not entirely clear whether you're talking about greatest RATE of transfer (glass), or greatest total heat capacity (plastic).

Heat capacity in J/gK:
polycarbonate plastic: 1.2
glass: 0.84
wood: 0.42

Heat transfer coefficients in W/mK:
glass: 1.05
wood: 0.144
plastic insulation: 0.03

plastic absorbs more heat .
