I believe fate is inevitable, it will happen no matter what, for example death, but in other cases people believe meeting someone was fate, and that changed there life which means its strongly linked in with faith and belief. Then theres destiny, i think destiny is where there are many different paths through destiny, each leading to a certain result, making choices from the smallest to biggest will effect the road of destiny u will go down. I believe everyone makes there own destiny on the way they act through life, but there will always be points in life which are fate and will happen no matter what events happen in your life time, thats what links them so strongly, so in other words i believe fate is going to happen no matter what, and destiny is a path which is made by the choices and behavior in your lifetime. :D:D

Fate is an outcome determined by an outside agency acting upon a person or entity;Fate is used in regard to the finality of the events,Fate implies no choice, and ends with a death but with destiny the entity is participating in achieving an outcome that is directly related to itself. In other words in destiny people choose their own destiny by choosing different paths throughout their life. But in fate it is a fixed sequence of events that is inevitable and unescapable.

I BELIEVE FATE IS A SUPERNATURAL POWER THAT CONTROLS DESTINY. THEY ARE ALMOST SIMILAR, HENCE THEY ARE CONSIDERED TO BE THE SAME. IN FACT, ONE IS IN CONTROL (FATE) AND THE OTHER IS THE RESULT OR OUTCOME (DESTINY).
