where do i learn how to find image processors

Paula, I hope I understand this question correctly.
By Image proccessors you mean a program that gives you the ability to change size re format to a different type of file and add backround and animation etc then Adobe's Photoshop Element's is good and cheap.
Photoshop CS2 or 3 are also good but are far more advanced and are much harder to master.
You will find that when using any type of software like this you get what you pay for.
Many of the free or those that are unfamiliar may give less than stellar results and are generally hard to fiqure out how to use them.
