As an American, Bush, even though I voted for him. He has become a GREAT dissapointment on domestic policy and also his handling of Iraq.
Next Blair, pretty much the same as Bush from what I can gather from the British press.
Lastly, Olmert because he has the least experience.

Now, I'll explain:
I would have easily hired Blair out of those three interviews because I always considered him articulate and smart-a decent sort of fellow. Then came Iraq and his insane allegiance to Bush. I'd have to fire him over that-completely unforgivable.
Olmert would have been a huge mental turnoff for me, so he wouldn't have been hired to begin with.
As for Bush...I don't think missing links are employable, are they?
