The name you give your child can impact his or her future success in life.
Psychology Today published a study that surveyed over 500 Human Resource managers and over 150 college admissions counselors at competitive admission universities. The results showed that a person’s first name was a large factor in determining whether or not a person made it past the initial screening process for hiring or admission. People with odd or unusual names were more likely to be rejected while people with certain names – which Psychology Today termed “power names” – were more likely to pass the initial screening. Here are the top ten “power names” as rated by Psychology Today.

Jordan Marie is nice! As is Alexis Grace. That's a tough one.
I think...I like Jordan better with your sons' names. However, whatever name you choose will be the right one!

I love the name Alexis. Jordan is a cool name too. I think you keep those two names and then when you see the baby you will know if she is Alexis or Jordan. I love her brother's names too. I have twins and not sure I could handle anymore. Good luck and God Bless!

Jordan is too masculine. Alexis Grace is good. How about Morgan, Brooke, Bailey, Aubrey, Paige...

I don't really like either name. What about Alexa Grace instead of Alexis Grace? I prefer Alexa and think Alexa goes better with Seth and Ashton. And what about Jordana instead of Jordan?
Alexa Grace and Jordana Marie would be pretty. :D

hi, congrats! My sons name is Jordan, and i love it for either a boy or a girl.. We call him Jordy and it just suits him down to a T. You could maybe even call her just 'Jordi'. I think thats so cute for a little girl.
I also like Lexie for a little girl, a different version of Alexis i guess.
The other girls names i like are Tahlia, Aleah, Takiah, Matilda, Lily, Maya, Taylah and Taye.
goodluck naming your daughter =)
