Showering with cold water every one hour.
...well, "cold" water is only by definition.... given the temperatures here, the cold water is lukewarm....

I have to take really good pictures....I'm having a photographer at my party and must appear 40 pounds lighter in pictures....not so much a talent , more like magic!
