Many people have speculated that due to the technological singualrity and moore's law.it is possible to create a brain simulation by 2020 and a turing test passable AI by 2025+.and due to the advancement in biotech to produce human v2.0 aka enhanced humans by 2013.and what do u think are the repercussions of such developments?negative?positive?

Those predictions aren't unreasonable. We are already running brain simulations of various kinds, limited both by compute power and our limited understanding of how the brain works. Any technology can be used for good or evil. Mankind has used tools to extend human capabilities since the first cave man picked up a stone. Whether a human v. 2.0 or an enhanced human results depends on your definitions.
