No. For instance, somebody with amputated arms cannot play the piano. A blind person cannot see the setting sun. Some people just cannot do certain things. Whether it's through mental, or physical dehabiltiation, they cannot complete their deepest desires.

As long as I have some control in the outcome,,,sometimes I see ppl do all that and at the end somene else somehow has control of what he/she does.
