3.25% which is Homogenized milk. Is this milk good for a patient of type II diabetic? How about the goat milk etc. Thanks.

Lactose (milk sugar) is metabolized very slowly and will not cause blood sugar surges in diabetics. Enjoy milk as much as you want, as part of a sensible balanced diet, of course.

im not sure, but i think all milks contain lactose (which is a form of sugar) thus contain carbohydrates. This doesnt mean you cant have any. you just need to be careful, and use insuline if you drink to much.
