You get the prize this morning for your question....it's right on ....just what many of us need....to get our life on the right track especially if we get caught up in what is going on at home in our homes and in the world....There are many things that pull us down and fill our hearts with anger....and it takes a higher power to help us forgive those who have harmed us in the past or at present....it's the hardest thing we must do....but if we forgive then we will be forgiven....and it releases so much tension if we follow those words from Christ....I'm not afraid to state my feelings...because if I'm ashamed of him....he will be also of me.....God bless you and everyone who is in need of comfort and forgiveness....

My level of anger is about the same. Since adolescence I have not held onto anger against individuals for very long - usually minutes, hour at most. I find anger to be a waste of time and I have too many things to do to seek vengeance - vengeance is not mine. I still get angry over injustice and hatred and the hurting of other people. I don't think I will get over that, but I try to make my corner of the world a little better as best that I can.

I think I've mellowed as I've gotten older so I am less angry. I already know Him, and you're right, my faith has helped me get through.
