i am stuck there's no icons on where to go ive complete 48% but now im stuck no idea what to do can someone help please?????

Just find your place in the game and follow it for a bit.

If you have finished the story missions (that's about 40% or something), then you have to find the following yourself:
Complete the Love Media car list
Find all hidden packages
Find and complete all unique jumps
Find and complete all side missions (these include car and bike races in various locations)
