UTIs cause that. drink cranberry juice, LOTs of water, go to the doctor and get put on antibiotics. You do not want to let this go unchecked, it could turn into a kidney infection and you will be stuck in the hospital for a while.
if you are sexually active it could be an std. either way get checked out.

Nothing good when there is blood in your urine.Could be any number of things, from kidney stones to an internal injury, go to doctor. Don't leave this untreated.
