I fell 3 days ago,didn`t feel it until Friday,,is it possible that i broke or bruised a rib,,and is your Kidney in that area,,could it be a kidney pain?

1. it will hurt to laugh, breath, use the bathroom and even fart.

If you fell 3 days ago and are just now feeling pain, it's probably just bruised. But there are several things you have to consider: What did you fall on?, How far did you fall?, How did you land?, Are you a small, medium or large person?. If you landed on your side more toward your back, it could be a bruised kidney or just a bruised muscle. If it does not feel any better in a couple of days, You might want to have your doctor check you over.

you didn't say. hurting in front or back? how old you are, I suggest if it is really painful see you doctor.
