i was accused of stealing today at shop this girl a few years older than me acussed me and threatened me to call the police on me.At the end i was right i didnt take anything.Can i take action at the end of the day. (as in tell police, or complain somewhere maybe even sue,?)

My first question would be what were you doing that made them think you were stealing?
Second to that... what harm did you really suffer from this incident? And I mean REALLY suffer.
At face value, it looks like you are hoping for some kind of payout just because someone made a simple mistake.... not cool.
If I'm wrong, and you just want to complain, call the place and ask to speak with a manager or owner... tell them your story, and let them handle it on their end.
