I have a Lexmark Z23 printer, it didn't work very well in Windows XP, just wondering if it will work in Windows Vista?

I am not sure why I had trouble with it in Windows XP; only that it would only work in one profile and nothing I could do would solve it. I am going to try and plug it into my windows vista computer at the weekend. Looks like I might have to get a new printer though!

Lexmark haven't released Windows Vista drivers for the Z23 printer, and it doesn't look as though they're going to. There were drivers for Windows XP, however, so I don't see why you were experiencing problems with that Operating System.

Check the Support portion of the Lexmark site. You may need to update the driver. Normally if it works with XP it will work with Vista since they are the same basics.

According to Lexmark, the product itself is discontinued and the Lexmark pages for consumers and businesses displaying Vista compatible printers do not include the Z23.

I got mine out of the closet the other day and hooked it up everything worked fine except the fact that I was out of ink :-(
So I don't see why you would have any problems.
