Im in the house as I have a small baby, its Far too hot to go out now at midday...I shall be going to the beach early evening.

if you're trying to make me jealous. well done. its worked. im sitting here watching the rain with a sweatshirt on. enjoy your day . i was hot once in uk and i used to spray myself with cold water. a fine mist water spray bottle is best and your baby would love it too

Hello dear!

You are correct! You go out either in the evening or early morning!
If you are close to the sea, go these hours. During the hot hours, around noon, stay in with friends is recommended! Play with the baby, give her/ him plenty of water and every now and then wet her/ him to cool the baby down! Try to enjoy this heat! It is great to live in such climate for a while!
Close south facing house openings. Get light from the north (the least possible light is comfortable now!

I would run into the sea or jump in the pool. oops just noticed u have small baby with you. is there no air conditioning in the house. drink lots of cool liquids and spray your self with cool water.

what are you doing on y/a when your in a beautiful country like greece:-)

Dear we are a southern country, it is natural, greek summer is so hot.Drink water, do showers, eat fruit and fruit juices, and avoid to be under the sun.It is recommended after 6 o clock to go to the sea when sun goes down..Protect the baby as better you can

I don't know the degree here Turkey but I feel like I'm burning!

I took a shower but it didn't work :'(

plenty of fresh fruit melon etc,
plenty of cool water from supermarket don't drink the tap water,
cool showers......
