i have a internet ip and i know there is a network behind that .how can i enter to it`s network?

Your network or someone else's.

If its yours you can setup a VPN to allow you to connect into the network from the "outside".

If its someone elses they would have to setup a VPN and grant you access.

the only thing you can do is get to the setup of your own IP address.just type in your IP address in the address bar.
