well, i have got a virus on my pc, if i disconnect from the internet will the virus die.

I think you should immediately disconnect from the Internet in case the virus happens to use it to send your info over the nt or replicate itself. Then get yourself some virus software before reconnecting to the Internet,getting the proper updates and getting rid of the virus. I would recommend using Norton anti-virus.

The virus will go away for the while, on most occasions, if you switch off and restart! Best to use some good anti virus software, as a pmt measure!
