Is my phone tapped? What can I do against it?

For a bout three months now, my phone line is full of loud, eclectic static noise until the very second I call Telecom and start telling the automated voice there that I have a connection problem. Then, blip, it's suddenly gone and all is well. I don't even need to go any further.
My broadband internet connection does something worse than that: It usually doesn't work, unless I make a quick phone call to the Telecom and start telling the automated voice my story. I say "connection problem", and suddenly, the internet works. Nobody even spoken to yet. Telecom swears every oath all is fine with my cables and connections, and I've had four technicians here and made 27 diagnostic calls over the past three months to fix the problem, plus about ten a day to have internet connection, goes without saying.
And now I'm getting weird "Yahoo 360 Award" winning heaps of money mails from what's obviously the Nigerian mafia, judging from their addresses and all.
So, am I tapped?
What can I do?

There could be several problems with this...


1. You could be on crack ( sounds like it )

2. It could be true

3. Your on Meth

4. Combination of 1 and 3


For 1,3,4 I suggest getting some help.

For 2 I would suggest switching phone providers along with internet companies and see if that works. If it doesnt.. Contact the police via person and see if they will come to your house and if they hear it.

If they dont hear it result to number 5

5. STOP WATCHING SO MUCH TV.

Does "sound" pretty strange though. I used to get that winning heaps of money crap all the time... but I have a pretty Shur-fire way of getting them to buzz off. Now I get a few stray money mails about every other month... but nothing like the original storming versions. They're probably just jealous about the hideous conditions in which you're forced to live! Poor baby! LOL! Holla back through the grapevines!

Gee whizzz there is nothing the rest are going to do but throw something at you if you call them again. I hate to go back to the Beginners Manual but how about FILTERS.... are your filters working ??? Sounds like they are not.
